The Missouri Aviation Historical Society recently participated in S.T.E.M. week at Prairie View Elementary School. MOAVHIST member Joe Gurney took his traveling Blue Angels presentation to Cynthia Ivancic’s classroom which included custom made handouts of an F/A-18 Hornet, photos, books, and other exciting manipulative’s. Mrs. Ivancic’s son is also a T-45 Goshawk instructor pilot for the U.S. Marine Corps who attended the classroom and other S.T.E.M. night activities. Photos below show all the […]

The Missouri Aviation Historical Society held it’s first annual Christmas party on an icy December 8th, 2013 at our usual meeting spot at Creve Coeur Airport. The halls were decked with decorations, music, videos, and a catered dinner as members enjoyed the final meet-up of 2013.
